learning. A well-managed classroom creates a positive and productive
environment where students feel motivated, engaged, and supported in their

Set Clear Expectations:
Establishing clear expectations from the beginning is essential for
maintaining order and discipline in the classroom. Clearly communicate your

understand the consequences of not adhering to them. This clarity sets the
foundation for a structured and focused learning environment.
Build Positive Relationships:
Developing positive relationships with your students creates a sense

engagement. Take the time to get to know your students individually, show
genuine interest in their lives, and be approachable and empathetic. When
students feel valued and supported, they are more likely to be motivated and
